If you're going to sin, do it only with a brownie.

Updated: Apr 9

This will not be a properly dietary article, nor will it be an article about cookies and the dilemmas of whether to eat them or not, and if so, in what quantities, or about the superiority of brownie light over gluten-free brownie or brownie made from beetroot. It will be an article about consistent overcoming our weaknesess.

Either way, continuing the theme of the sinful brownie, healthy eating is not about completely depriving yourself of blissful moments of pleasure, but about skillfully managing our eating habits and the emotions that accompany us when making the decision to eat or have the cookie.

If, for example, you are determined to lose weight, to show off in the Maldives with thin legs and a flat stomach, or you are on the verge of insulin resistance, then your consistent dietary choices will play a key role in achieving your goal.

Working with horses is primarily about consistent actions and their multiple repetitions, so dietary challenges can be a great exercise to see how conscious our decisions are and how much we care about the goal we want to achieve, it is also a great test of our level of hypocrisy...

Therefore, when looking at a brownie behind the display case in a cake shop, it is worth asking yourself one simple question - why do I want to eat it?

To sum up, if you are going to sin, do it only with brownies in a state of full consciousness, for which I am giving you the recipe below ;)

*in version with half glass of sugar and without extra chocolate bar it tastes just as delicious
