Clinic "To Ride You Have To Sit" with Mrs. Małgorzata Morsztyn - Hoppe
On October 19 and 20, 2024, we invited you to the Riding Center in Jaszkowo for
a Clinic that we created in partnership with Mrs. Małgorzata Morsztyn - Hoppe Practically Enlightened Riding.
People who decided to expand their knowledge and riding skills had the opportunity to experience and learn how to sit to ride in balance, and thus allow yourself and the horse to relax, which directly translates into motor skills and the physical and mental health of both the horse and the rider. Moreover our guests could get knowledge how to effectively gain the horse's trust and respect to build its leadership position in the horse-rider relationship without violence.
During the lectures, we tried to provide you with our practical knowledge in the field of horse nutrition, practical feeling of the sit, training of young horses and the use of non-violent communication (NVC method) in everyday life.
TAI CHI training turned out to be unrivaled, and anyone who has been to meditation knows everything they need to know ;)
