TRAINING

It's okay not to be okay!
The world around us and the amount of the information that we process every day are undoubtedly overwhelming, also might have intimidating effect on us, and sometimes even causes us to withdraw from our here and now, on which we undoubtedly have the greatest influence. How many times have you lost joy in what you do by comparing yourself to others?
The post-pandemic social trauma, plus school and home responsibilities and all the difficulties related to "being", often intimidate us, and sometimes are even the main factor inhibiting our interpersonal, professional and emotional development.
How many times have you told yourself that you can't do it, that you're giving up riding, that you're not getting on a horse today, or that you're not going to the stable, and finally how many times have you told yourself "I don't really give a damn"?
How you feel and think directly affects how your horse thinks and works during training. Through our training you will discover what in your thinking schemes works against you and does not allow you to build a real bond with your horse.
We can be supported by specialists on our path of change if it is necessary for you to think positively about yourself and build a sense of value, which will contribute to achieving full harmony in the horse rider relationship, as well as in relationships with the surroundings.
We will check to what extent your horse lives the life of a wild mustang and how much of it is a prisoner locked in a box with the possibility of going out to the paddock, in the break between visits with the owner.
