Chronic fatigue, headaches, muscle weakness and shortness of breath build further barriers in the conscious development of the athlete, regardless of the level of sport practiced and nature species. Without proper preparation, even the best runner will not run a marathon.
In the training process, the time we devote to developing muscle mass and skills must be proportional to the regeneration time. During our cooperation, we will try to make important decisions about your physical health that will help you achieve balance in taking care of yourself and your horses without remorse.
